Pretty Girl Curves – Return Policy & Process
At Pretty Girl Curves, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. Instead, you can return eligible items for store credit or request a refund (a 10% fee applies).
Return Policy Overview
- Store Credit or Refund Only: Exchanges are not available. You may return items within 10 days of receiving your package for store credit or a refund through our return portal (refunds are subject to a 10% fee).
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached, free of stains, hair, and odors, and in their original packaging.
- Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. All returns are processed via mail.

What Items Are Eligible for Return?
- Body Shapers, Butt Lifters, Waist Trainers, Sweat Belts, and Fajas: Returnable if unworn, free of stains, and have original tags and packaging. Items will be inspected upon return to qualify for store credit.
What Items Are Non-Returnable?
- Altered Fajas & Sale Items: These are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Post-Op Accessories, Creams & Teas: Due to hygiene reasons, opened items are final sale. No refunds for creams that cause irritation or discomfort.
Return Shipping & Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
- Ensure your package includes a tracking number; Pretty Girl Curves is not responsible for lost packages.
Return Requirements
- Return within 10 days of receiving your order.

- Ensure no stretch marks, odors, or wrinkles.
- Original packaging with tags attached.
- Do not bend or damage the package when returning.

Once your return is received and processed, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days in the form of an E-Gift Card. Refunds will be processed through the return portal with a 10% fee deducted.
Returned to Sender & Refused Packages
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or is refused at delivery, you will receive store credit minus the initial shipping costs. Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly to avoid delivery issues.
