Then measure the waist if the measurements are off S waist and 3xl Bottom you would need to get it altered so you can get the proper compression 

IF YOU ARE 30+ DAYS POST OP YOU WOULD ORDER BASED OF (LOW INFLAMMATION MEASUREMENT ) HIP MEASUREMENT , THEN MEASURE THE WAIST IF YOUR WAIST FALLS INTO A SMALLER SIZE YOU  WOULD NEED TO BE ALTERED IN ORDER FOR YOU TO GET THE COMPRESSION NEEDED IN THE WAIST AREA.

If an item is defective, the item may be eligible for a replacement it must be approved by our management . we offer one time exchange per customer if requirements are met ( See full exchange policy on site). If you wish to exchange for a plus size additional fees may apply .
